I just installed my Mallory Unilight Ignition and Promaster coil.

My OER Tach is working just fine.

I know there has been a lot of discussion on running the repro tachs with other than orginal points distributors and the tachs supposedly not working, so I thought I would just share my experience.

Thanks for the feedback. That has been a hot topic. I wonder if the repro's circuitry is the same as the OEM. There was a lot of room for improvement in the OEM design.

you are one of the lucky ones....i never got my oer tach to work with my msd pro-billet/blaster2 setup, will be selling it to a guy here locally to see if it will work with the stock points dist, then will update
