I have a 67 RS just replaced all the wiring, My question is on the horn relay. I have the power (red) and (Black) connected to screw in connection and I think it is correct. but two smaller black wires are also in that same area I know one is to horn and other to the steering column just don't know which of the three connection on the relay to attach these wires to. I have done a search but can't fine a clear answer. I have a picture of the relay but can't figure out how to post it.

On my 67 SS/RS My horn relay has only 2 plug in prongs, The heavier gauge black goes on the front prong and the light black goes directly behind the heavy black On My 69 Chevelle has the 3 prong horn relay. It only has 2 wire to them. The prong close to the motor has a pink wire with a black tracer hooked to it and the black wire is hooked to the other prong directly across from it. (NOT SIDE BY SIDE) I hope this helps.......Ron
