When I apply the turn signal lever, the voltage gage drops 3 to 4 volts in sinc with each flash of the turn signal, could this be a wrong flasher or a electrical problem?

i have the same problem, but i don't think there's anything much wrong because it returns back to 12v when the signal flashes off, so i wasn't too worried about it.
