I am swapping a 97 camaro lt1 into my 69 camaro, complete with the original PCM and harness. I want to use the original stuff, as opposed to buying one from Painless, etc. Who makes diagrams and schematics that are the most helpful and easy to read, while still giving all the info I need, and without being over-complicated? Books, CD-ROM's, or whatever else is okay with me. Thanks a bunch

GM Schematics are about the best there are. They often use color codes, patterned lines and lables that make it easy to follow. Hanes or Chiltons do an Ok, job but often omit some of the detailed info you'd need. See if you can buy an electrical manual for a 2002 Camaro.

If you have an LT1 and the wiring harness from a 94 - 97 F-Body, Buy a Chiltons manual. The wiring diagram is in the back.

One vote for Chilton's, one for factory manual. Anyone else? Maybe I should get off my duff and go look for myself. graemlins/clonk.gif Thanks for the direction, guys.
