A friend of mine has a 68 camaro with a 396 in it. And has the age old problem of staring it up after the motor is hot. Is anybody using the remote (ford) solenoid trick with any sucess? Thanks Mike.

Yea I have the ford solenoid on the firewall of my car, and it works good,and is easy to get to also. Im running the GM-454/425 HP engine
The timing may be too advanced on your 396, and that's why it's hard to start after it's hot.
