in my 84 berinetta it comes stock with digital speedo and tach. i bought the car with those gauges not working or burnt out or something. anyone else have this problem if ya did howd ya solve it. im thinkin either the gauge part is burnt out or the computer aint workin right but im not sure. thanks!!

At one time, I helped a friend reprogram his ECM on a 3rd gen camaro. I discovered that some 3rd gen ECMs have a separate connector on the computer for instrumentation. Any chance the guage cluster harness has come unplugged from the computer? Fuses Ok? Get a wiring diagram and check the obvious stuff like fuses, connectors, etc.
