My Z/28 came with the aux. lighting option (5ZJ9CA). I was wondering how hard or labour intensive it would be to install the two lights under the dash, glove box light, rewire the interior head light and the light under the hood? Or should I let a professional do it?

Don't understand your question - you say your car came WITH the ZJ9 lighting package, which includes all the lights you're asking about installing (?)

Well, I just found out from KurtS that my window sticker is a fake so I'm not sure if the car did come with the aux. light option. I thought this option had a light in cig. lighter, two lights under the dash and one in the glove box. As far as the other lights were concerned they are in the car but don't work. Since I was installing the others why not do them all at once.

The Camaro parts houses (Rick's, etc.) all carry the under-dash courtesy lights, harnesses, ashtray lights, etc. - not a big deal to install them. They also carry the underhood and trunk lights if yours don't work (if the sockets are shot) - check the bulbs first.
