I have a 1968 Camaro. Mounted in the trunk on the board that is between the back seat and the trunk there is a little white box. Does any one know what it is? The car was build in LA and is originally a Southern Cal car. At first I thought it might be a rear window defogger, but there are no other signs that the car had a defogger.

That's the box Gore's lawyers are searching for that contains all the un-counted votes! Put it on Ebay quick!

JOHNZ--

That is Gore's box, but it is not containing votes. It is the "lockbox" he will hide all the money we save from taxz cuts, if he is elected president.

SMASH THE BOX WITH A HAMMER, MAYBE ITS FULL OF CHANGE

fish - can you get a photo of it posted or more on the size and maybe color of wires connected to it? Does it open? Is it plastic or metal? The more you provide the better!

It probally is part of a removed aftermarket sterio system or a third brake light.

Hey John,

Do you know how Gore and a puppy are different? After ten days the puppy gets his eyes open, and quits whining. HA HA http://www.camaros.net/forum/biggrin.gif

Thanks DJD for trying.

It is white plastic and is about 4" x 3" x 1 1/2" the wires have splater paint on them.

I will take a picture of it and post it.

Probably a "stickup" air freshner.

SHooting very much in the dark here....

could this box be the control unit for the rare "de-icing" system the gm offered...you know, the little nozzle that would spray antifreeze on your tires in the winter? http://www.camaros.net/forum/rolleyes.gif
