The wire cluster attached to my steering column has a few cut wires. It almost looks like they were deliberately cut. Where the big plug is located, the pink and pink/black wires are cut. Any idea what these do and why they might have been cut?

The Pink\Black looks like it goes to terminal #4 on the Horn Relay\Key Buzzer. Maybe the last owner didn't like the key buzzing?
I'm not sure about the Pink. If it's a 12 guage wire, it might go to the ignition switch on the column. I don't know what it does. Through the firewall, I think it turns into the Resistance wire to the positive side of the coil. ???

if the pink wires is 18 guage, it could be the power for the backup lights. An 18 guage green wire may be in the area.

It seems to definitely be the pink and pink & black striped ones that are cut. They are the two end ones on the plug/cluster. They are 18 guage wires. I guess that is why my horn never worked? Any idea what other implications they had?
