Jeff - They have to be hosted on the web somewhere already. It also has to be a site that allows remote linking and display. Most Yahoo, geocities free sites won't let you link or display a pic in the forums or from other web sites...

Then you click the image button when posting a message and type in the url (path to the pic - it would look something like this. http://www.camaros.net/pnwcc/DjD/wwmill1.jpg ) and hit "OK". You'll see it added some text to the post and when you hit "Add Reply" your pic should display like this...
