Our seats do really badly maintain the back (of our body) . Maybe it is because it never did at that time, maybe it is because of the age of our seats. We 'd like to keep the original interior, and wonder if there is any foam that we could install and that could improve the back support.
Any suggestion? About the right foam? or any adding foam to the original foam?

thanks

Old seats were just not ergonomically correct. If you are putting it back as original, the best youcan do is get new foams. If you are building a driver, get late model seats. Some guys put in aftermarket seats like Riccaro. Some get junk yard seats, like Fiero.

Take a look on Rick's First Generation (download the catalog) site. They have foam for the buckets that is wire reenforced - molded in.
I bought a 92' Saturn SC1 (sports coupe) for my son a few months ago and was using it for a commuter till he came home from school. The bucket seats were real nice and fashioned after Recaro seats. Might make a good option for you if you check a boneyard.
