I'm getting ready to have my interior cutomized and I'm tring to decide on a color.
Does anybody have a customized interior in their car?? What color is your car and what color did you go with??
My car is painted PPG LeMans Blue and the metal dash is
painted black.
Any Suggestions?
Bob

I'm a big fan of medium grey with dark grey contrasts, perhaps some red piping here and there for giggles.

That's what was thinking. Also having 502 stiched in the head rests or the seats. Sort of like how the Yenkos have it. Who knows?

Since you are asking for opinions, I think blue cars with blue interiors look really cool. I like white interiors on blue cars too.
My car was just painted 2000 Dodge intense blue pearlcoat with white striping. I decided to stick with the stock ivory interior components (they were all recently replaced anyway) and spend the $$ on a set of custom Corbeau white leather seats with black/white houndstooth inserts. My butt will thank me on the next Power Tour!

Gheatly, I can't wait to see pics of your car painted. I am painting my 67 Convertible that same color.
I am also struggling with interior color. I had decided to go with the 67 Bright Blue deluxe interior. I think light to medium grey would also look cool, but since that was not an original color it would cost more to have it done that way instead of just buying the seat covers and door panels already the right color. I have never dyed anything and am not sure about dyeing the entire interior grey.

My 68 is 2000 Cadillac candy red. I'm using a dark gray base color with very faint deep reddish highlights on the upper portions of the seat backs and on the outer edges of the seat bottoms. The doors and 1/4's are trimmed with the same material. I painted the dash dark gray and dyed the dash pad and headliner to match the dash. It has black standard carpet.
I've found that like colors can sometimes clash when you have large areas to compare. That is to say, a small swatch of material put against a body color might look good but a larger swatch will kinda clash. Besides, I'm old, and gray matches my hair.
