That's cool! Wonder how easy they are to read in the car?
Anyone have one in a 69?

I dont have them in my 69, but I do have the dakota digital dash in my 55 chevy. The lights are red, and when the sun hits it just right, you cant read anything. I did read somewhere that the blue is alot better and the sun doesnt affect it as much as the red. I dont drive the 55 all the time, so It doesnt bother me too much. We dont need to see the speedometer anyway!

I have one in my 68 and I'm telling you its very cool. The car is still in its restoration process, but the sun shouldn't be a problem at all since it is so far receased in the housing. The guages are accurate and the installation is a breeze. Well worth the money if you like the digital dash look.

The one I have in my 55, has a wire that goes into the cable fitting at the transmission, and the other end is wired into the control box where all the gauges are also wired to. You can calibrate the speedometer by using the adj. screw at the control box. Its really a pretty easy installation. You just have to make sure to follow the instructions and be sure to hook the wires into the right terminals. I would think the set up you are wanting should be the same type installation.
