Is it hard to make a standard rear seat a fold down rear seat? Whats all involved?

What year car? seat upper and lower, welded in hinge mounts, welded in divider board tray,side panes(two piece)welded in tabs for the side panels.

I have most of the parts you would need, if you are interested. The seat back needs some work. I was going to put them in my car, but decided not to. email me if interested.

there is also the the divider board and the two rubber bumpers. These are very heavy compared to the standard seats. I'd never install them in a performance Camaro where weight is a consideration, but they are pretty neat.
