69 regular seats with head rest when you fold the seat foward looking between them there is a big bolt that screws in to the top bottom area is there a smaller one screw into the bottom that it rest on?The lacht is on the other side (bottom)and the catch is on the bottom.On the other side of the bottom is there a smaller bolt?Can not remmeber?Thanks for any help!

The smaller screw on the seat bottom secures an oval shaped hard rubber stop or cushion.
