Hi Folks... Okay, I've recieved my Reproduction Deluxe interior Rear Side Upolosltered panels and lower Reproduction Armrest panels (made from sheet metal and formed quite nicely with Cut-outs for the ashtrays. I still need to cover them with the upoholstery) .
I'm going to install these new items in my Camaro... but I don't know the Dimension from the bottom of the Stainless Steel Trim to the Top of the armrest (where the ashtrays are). Would someone here with Deluxe Interior please go out and measure this for me?
Thanks in advance... you guys have been very helpful in my project!

Opps... let me clairify this...
I'm need to know the distance from the bottom of the Stainless Steel Trim (molding) piece that's attached to the upper Rear Deluxe Quarter Trim Panel to the top (flat part of the armrest) of the Rear Quarter Trim Arm Rest.
I need this dimension so I can locate and attach the Rear Quarter Trim Arm Rest assembly to the Side Panel in the proper location. I currently have a standard interior (which doesn't have the arm rest assembly... only the one piece single flat side panel).
Thanks again...

Is this a 67? The 67 deluxe had the rear armrest, but 68,69 only had them if you had the fold down rear seat, or if you have a convertible. I know that doesnt answer your question, but I was just wanting to clarify what you have so someone can help you. Good luck.

It's a 1969. Hum... are you saying that I don't need the armrests? It would be "odd" if I don't need them since the NPD catalog calls them out for a 69 Coupe w/deluxe interior "or" fold down rear seat... and of course they offer the HUGGER ORANGE upholstery for this kit...

I think NPD should say that they are for 67 with deluxe interior, or 67 through 69 with fold down seat. I am pretty sure the 69 coupe without the fold down seat didnt come with rear arm rests. Wait for more replies on this, but I think I am right. If not, then I apologize for the wrong info.

The arm rests only came in 69 coupes with fold down rear seats,(either standard or deluxe interiors) or all all convertibles. The fold down rear seat and the convertible seat are the same width, while the coupe rear seat is about 8" wider.
If your putting the arm rests in a coupe make sure you have a folddown rear seat.

You can always do like I did and buy a 68 Firebird rear seat with side panel (standard for Firebird) and then put 69 appoltery on it. I like the look of rear arm rest!
