Picked up a nice set and washed/cleaned in hot, soapy water. Now the darn things won't slide to adjust. Any ideas?

I hate to say it but, keep trying. I did the same thing with standard seat belts.

You might try soaking them is diluted fabric softener, and let them air dry. That makes them more soft and pliable. I talked to a guy who restores belts, and he uses fabric softener in his "secret" cleaning formula.
