i welded in my brackets a few monthes ago. i just kind of fitted everything together and marked where they go.

they will sort of self center up and down because of the way they are bent.

measure center to center on the seatback where the bolt studs mount and make sure you have the same measurement when you tack the brackets to the floor.

tack the two brackets very lightly and test fit everything again. when you are satisfied with the fit then permanently weld them down.

the passenger side latch mounting holes are already in your car.

you'll have to grind off the 3 hooks that held the old seat back in place.

i have no idea how to load pics up to this site. computers just boggle me sometimes but hammers don't that's why i keep a large one in the drawer next to my computer. graemlins/clonk.gif

i will however send you some in an email, that i can do.

well...cross your fingers anyway.

I added a fold down to my car and one thing I noticed is that the seat sits a little higher up on the rear package tray then a non fold down seat.

Run269 hit all the nails on the head.

I too tacked the brackets into place and made adjustments as necessary.

All of the factory intalled seats that I have seen do not fit as well as I would expect. They are too high and/or not straight.
