Looking at some orginal 67 Black standard interior door panels. They have been installed and used but are in very,very nice shape. They have the lower crome trim and Camaro emblem on them.

Wondering what they are worth? Can't get a price from the guy and he's telling me to make an offer. DOn't want to offend him but I don't want to burn myself also. Repros would most likely do for me but these are nice original parts and you just don't see them much.

Got any ideas what they are worth? One has a very small less than 1/8 inch cut on the drivers side front/bottom just as it turns. Only thing I could fing wrong other than having inpressions from the arm rest bases being installed.

hello , the repo std door panels are dirt cheap and exellent fit , think at times you can get a pair for $49 buck's , a set of original one's would be a little odd so I guess you could pay a little more but I would not think over $100 buck's , I wish someone would tell the 67 deluxe interior god's to sell the deluxe 67 door panel's lower so people could buy them , mine are junk and have been for the last six years but at the $300 to $400 dollar's they want for 67 deluxe door panel's my car will never have them , you are lucky to have a std interior ,, if I ever get a chance at another car and find out it has deluxe interior I will WALK AWAY OR (RUN) ,,, biggest rip off I have found on camaro part's

I agree. Tell him you can get new ones for $89 a pair(without the rip) and offer him $100. You do need to assemble the repro's which is a PITA but dont tell him that. ;)

Well, I’d say “New ones are $89, would you take $50 for them?” I wouldn’t think that would offend him.

shoddy , no assemblie needed on 67 std panel's , you are thinking of 68 69 , the top of 67 door's are metal and painted like the dash glove box area , 68 69 std door panel's have to be assembled on the top , and you are correct it is a pita (AMONG OTHER WORD'S) ;) this is another of my long list of plus's for 67 ,,,,,, ;)

How hard is it to mount the lower crome on the 67 dooor panels?

I have had some bad experiances with repro parts but have never done anything repro 67 door panels. Had a bad experiance with the 68 deluxe panels about 8 years ago. What a waste of money!

Guess the general input here is that they are worth about $100.00 max.

I will offer him $75.00 for the pair and see what happens.

LEt me ask this, how do you tell the diffence between originals and repros? I am only going on what he said about them being original panels. They don't look any differnt than the ones I have now. The ones on the car are in bad shape but I know they are the orginal ones.

Seems, Stiching marks, crome or emblem attachment?
