Is it possible to change a standard rear seat to a fold down rear? If so what is involved and what do you need?

The only way I would do this would be if I had the donor car available to ensure I had all the parts.

67s are kind of unique as the backrest does not use a latch as 68-69. If you are changing a 68-69 coupe you will need the armrest side panels, filler panels and cushion. You will also have to cut out and re-weld the floor brackets, side panel brackets and the bracketry that retains the cardboard trim behind the backrest. You will have to fabricate something to retain the latch.
Convertibles and 67 coupes with custom interior already have the armrest side panels and narrow cushion. There are also at least 2 floor bracket designs. Do not know why.
