OK.....I finally got my Metro SuperSoft type weather seals for my doors.

To me, they don't look technically correct.

At the front portion (inside-front of door where the w/s begins), there is supposed to be a hole for a screw that holds the flat portion of that part of the w/s down along wiht the black push-pins.

This metro stuff neither has the hole or "indent" for the head of the screw to sit in.

Am I being picky or what??

Oh well, I guess I can try to make my own "indents" and quit my crying.....

I do think they are much softer that the softseal stuff....

Ok.....I'm done..thanks for listening.......

69ss350 My metro door seals did not have the holes punch threw but they were there and I use a punch to make the holes and used the black plugs.Metro was easyer to install and was a little thicker.I love it !I do have a 67 so there is a difference.Do remmber to wipe the molding down with armor all the seam to seal better. You know the sound of a good car when you slam the door I GOT THAT SOUND AGAIN!

Yeah!! I love that sound. I used the Metro's on my '68 and they fit and work great. My body man spent about 5 minutes one day just opening and closing the doors so that he could listen to the "cool sound they make". I wasn't so worried about the seals being technically correct but they do fit well, seal nice, and are softer than the Soff-seals.
