How do the rear seat belts install. Belts with buckles on the inside like on the front?

Also, how should the belts be mounted to the floor? With the belt coming off the mounting tab from the top, bottom or side? I would think the tab's mounting position would be important for the integrity of the belt.

Outside tabs go up. Inside tabs go down. There is a reason, it is somehow obvious but it escapes me now. I dont know about the buckles but what to do with the center pair?
