I need help changing my dashpad on my 1969 camaro. I see that there are two little screws holding it in on the sides, but what is in the middle? Glue? Please tell me all of the steps involved, I will probably have to change this by myself because my dad said if i want anything else done on my car i will have to do it myself because he doesnt have the time. Is there any glue i have to apply or remove? Any information is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Rick

THis has been covered in other posts on the site. do a search, other 69 owners have put up replies. i have a 68 and being 6'6" i had to remove the glove box and drop the speedo cluster to reach up and remove the nuts from the bolts the come down from the dash pad . if i remember right there should be 4 more outside of the 2 outside ones you have found. DONT repeat DONT do like i did and try to force the pad it will ruin it and then your looking at buying a new one http://www.camaros.net/forum/frown.gif
