I have a couple orriginal rear seat belts out of my 68. They are really pitted and rusty and smell like mouse urine but they still have the dated GM tags on them. Are these worth anything despite their nasty condition? Just thought I'd check before I got rid of them.

i've seen the date code tags on ebay before. didn't watch them to see if they sold. but, the way people are cloning camaro's these days i'm sure they sold for something.

I, along with others here have bought the date tags. They worked well to clean up old seat belts. I just couldn't see replacing my originals. The seat belts may be worth something on eBay. I see them all the time. I washed mine in laundry detergent after removing the buckles.
