Looking for tilt steering column for a 67 F-body...looking at Flaming River, Ididit, and others....who offers the best quality and complete with accessories for the money????

It's probably much cheaper to get a rebuilt original GM than dealing with the hassles of installing an aftermarket unit.

Gary's Classic's rebuilds or sales tilt columns. They do awesome work at a resonable price. When I got my column, it literally looked brand new.

Hey Elmer,

Don't you have an after market column in your ride?

I have heard the Ididit columns work very well but you have to wire in your own ignition switch.

I figure I can get a new on for about the same prce! Any experience on the Flaming River piece?

Rob, I sold the car.....

Yes I had an Ididit polished unit in it. DSE moved the ignition switch to the dash like a 67/68.

Money well spent and I will put another in my 64.
