I thought the screws for the reveal corner trim on a 69 was supposed to be chrome, but I was at the Yenko reunion in St. Louis this past weekend, and most were black.
Anyone know for sure, chrome or black?

I don't know the answer but there is a Camaro show this weekend in Nashua, NH. I'll look and poll for you.

The corner pieces were painted already installed so the screws are interior color. Others will tell you they for sure have ones with original chrome screws but I've never seen a Camaro of Firebird that has interior paint behind those corner pieces.

Same opinion here. I was the first person to remove the corner pieces on my car (unrestored basket case at the time) and there was a paint line where the coners mounted. The color behind them was body color (cortez silver) and the rest of the trim was black. The screws were black.

Hey Panther, my first new car was a '68 LeMans Sprint, two door post, 3 speed on the floor. Red with white vinyl top and red buckets. Hot little car for a 6 banger! Was stolen from in front of my fraternity house in 1970.
