Has anyone had any problems with their quarter window tracks being bent?

I have a 69 convertible and on one side the center lower roller was gone....I figured no problem and bought a new one. After I installed the new one, cleaned everything up, greased, etc I put everything back together. The problem was that the roller wouldn't slide through the center track. I figured that it was a pooly made roller, but after looking at my track I can see that it is slightly twisted and at the center of the track it is closer together than the ends.

I'm going to "adjust" the track unless someone can tell me that this is normal and I just got the wrong roller.

No one responded, so I'll try. I don't have may car here (it's at the paint shop...hurrah) so I'm going from memory. I did this 3-4 years ago, so bear with me.

Are you sure you are putting the guides in the right place on the track. I tried to put one of the rollers in the slot, and it didn't go there It seems like one roller goes on one side of the track, and another goes on the other. Mess with it and see what you can do.

There are three rollers....One on each side and one that goes in the middle track.....Does that sound right?
