The items you are looking for are dealer items for "new" and junkyard for "used". If you want someone to offer up what your looking for, post it over in the "Wanted" section please. If you want the name of an aftermarket company that makes reproduction '96 interior parts I don't think you will find one. There is no way GM would license and allow it when they have to provide it by law for many years after the model year is over.
