have a 1968 convertible, base model.

I removed the manual convertible top frame, replaced it with an automatic top frame and had a new white vinyl top affixed to the frame.

I adjusted all four windows so they align perfectly on the top -- all windows are the same height.

When I close the convertible top, however, there's about a one-inch gap between the top of the windows and the convertible top weatherstrip.

HELP!!!

The hight of the top is adjustable. It's hard to explain where but it the point where the top pivots in the back. If you look you will see an arm with little grooves on it.
