I asked this over at sYc, but didn't get an answer. Any help is appreciated.
Were the under dash gauges included in Yenko conversion, or were they an option?
I think all were Stewart Warner, but I've seen black face and greenlines on different cars.
1. I'm sure 2-1/2" black were used on some, but were greenlines also used?
2. Were they 2" or 2-1/2"
3. Ive seen center pivot (like a clock) greenlines, and bottom pivot greenlines. Is either more correct, or were both used?
Thanks for your help.

They were a option, like the Atlas wheels. The gauges were made in four styles at the time in two sizes. There was a 2-5/8 and a 2-1/16 size gauge. There was a std. black face with white letters, and three custom face (greenline) gauges. The first was a lower priceline bottom hung needle (2-1/16)with slots for light, then a center hung (2-1/16)with a provision for a light socket, and the 2-5/8 center hung with a light socket provision.I believe the 2-5/8 were a Competition style gauge, high end.I have seen Yenko cars with all three types, hard to say which ones were correct after a restoration.I do know of a survivor 69 Yenko with the 2-5/8 gauges. This I know is correct.I would asssume it had a lot to do with avalibility at the time of order.Same with the 970 series tachs. There were several different faces and RPM options from SW in 1969.All were 977-XX gauges.I don't feel any of the four would be incorrect unless you have paperwork to say otherwise.I like the 2-5/8 custom face, hard to find especially with the adjustable pointers ,but my preference. If you are building a car,use what you like........If you need part #'s I mave have some in my SW catalog.
Ps. Yenko did swith to Dixco, I believe, after 1969.......

Steve, I was going to email you, but can't find an email address.
I bought a new 2" 3 hole mounting plate. I bought it as NOS, (yellow and red box)but now I'm wondering if they are still available. If 2 1/2" three hole are available, I might go for the larger greenlines. There are some on ebay most of the time. Haven't seen a mounting plate for a couple of weeks.
