Anyone catch last night episode? They turned a '56 Bel Air 4 door hardtop into a 2 door roadster. Came out sweet. Anyone catch Chip Foose drawing upside down on the white board, doing a rough drawing? Damn, he can draw better upside down then I could every do right side up.

Man has got mad talent. graemlins/beers.gif

yeah that 56 was amazing, the air brushed "speed air" logo on the side was really cool, the interior was pretty great also.

I think I watch the show just to see what Chip can do! The dude is amazing! I have seen him draw amazing pictures in a couple minuites, do custom paintjobs and fabricate metal! Is there anything he ISN'T good at? How about the graphic he did on the rear fenders! That was amazing!! It looked like it was bolted on and not just an airbrushed graphic. The whole car was really something!! It blows me away that they can do that in seven days! I have been working on my car for a couple years now and am nowhere close!!

I am getting a little tired of some of the reactions -if Chip Foose and Troy Trapaneir (hope I didn't butcher that too bad) came out to present something (anything) to ME I would be freaking out!! Playing the "mark" gets old too -I want to see the build!! (Maybe they should make the show two hours long???) I also like it better when they do a build for someone who CAN'T afford it. It was cool that they did that at Wyotech -that place is getting a great reputation!!

I agree, most of the reactions are not worthy. I would be totally flippn' out. They would put me in a mental hosptal I would be acting so crazy. I think the best reaction so far was the surfer kid with the Elky. He seemed really touched and excited.

I keep telling my wife to sign me up.

I can't imagine what he'd do if he had two weeks, let alone a month.

I would totally freak out. But my car is pretty much done...I would have to get another one...a daily driver we'll say. I would still go freaking nuts.

Chip and Troy are the most amazing dudes I have ever seen work. Unbelievable.

Not only incredibly talented, but Chip seems like a really friendly decent guy! I'd love to meet him in person and spend some time working around him.

As evidenced by the lack of excitment shown when the "mark" is introduced to Chip Foose, I'd have to say they don't even recognize the name. Truly they do seem to be building these beauties for "pseudo-car-people."

Check out Chip's website if your interested in some of his stuff. www.chipfoose.com (http://www.chipfoose.com) The have reproductions of some of his car sketches for only $20 a piece.
