I can search all day for dash pads, I find how to fix em , but not get them off.
How do I remove the dash pad, I can take my glovebox apart and the gauge cluster but not the dashpad, is it just a pop on , or is there a set of bolts hidden under the main metal dash... my head isny small enough to look underneath the dash.

If I remember right, there are 6 nuts that hold the dash pad to the frame. With everything under the dash, its going to be tough.

Ragtopman, you remembered right. Been there done that as the saying goes. Chris do yourself a favor take the bucket seats, console and glove box out and drop the steering wheel. Doing this will make the installation easier and save ALOT of headaches(literally). Have fun and good luck.

I just removed mine last weekend. I had to take out the gauge cluster, heater control, radio, and glove box. The nuts on the dash-pad are reachable with a 12" long, 3/8 drive extension and ratchet. Good luck.

You will definately need the glove box and the gauge cluster out, and to remove the gauge cluster, you have to drop the steering wheel. Do this first and see if you can get it out.
I got mine out without ever removing the heater controls. I did have the radio and speaker out for other reasons but I can't say how much having these out helped.
The nuts come off fairly easy as I was able to loosen them with a small nut driver.
