Other than the upper dash, all interior color paint is 60% gloss.

I believe Rustolium Satin Black is about 60%

I've found the Plasti-kote 215 low gloss to be real close... I'v spotted a black steering column and after you would have a hard time telling...

NPD's spray can interior paints are the closest to the correct paint sheen in my opinion.

The NPD paint looks very original, but the texture is very rough...almost feels like a fresh coat of sandable primer to me...but it looks real good!
