How are the rear side panels attached? I have a chrome "channel" across the top, but are screws used at the bottom as the door panels are? and what about the side? does a weatherstrip hold that? Thanks...

Fireman1 Jun 20th, 00, 07:09 PM Not sure about the chrome piece, but on my 68 RS which are close to the same. Screws at the bottom (one in the corner close to the door) and along side of it (you will have to lay the back of your seat forward to get to it) then I think one about middle top. the weather striping should just hold around the top corner of it if memory serves. Then just slide forward a little bit and take er on out.
