I have a 67 Camaro convertible missing the back seat. Is the convert. rear seat different than the coupe? If so, can a coupe set be modified? Thanks, Dan

Converts are smaller in width, fenderwell-to-fenderwell.

No, I haven't seen a good "re-welded" spring frame do any good other than offer to be a cloth holder. It certainly won't hold any weight, since the temper has been removed from the springs.

So the seat backs and bottoms are different?
What do these usually sell for?

I would suggest ebay, or any of the restoration places, Ground Up would be a good place to start.
