How does one remove the window regulator and dook latch assembly from a 69 door?

Does the inside of the door come off, the part that the interior panel mounts to?

No, the inside does not come off.That is unless you want to remove the door skin itself.To remove the regulators and latch mechanism,unbolt and fish out through the holes on the inner side of the door. They may be hard to get out,but they will come.
