I am reinstalling my window and I am puttin on the adjustable fuzzy window stabalizers that bolt on the top area of inside the door (there are two per side). My question is, I noticed that the two stabalizers are different. One has a kind of curve up end while the other is flat. Which one goes where (front or back)?

According to the "Body by Fisher" service manual for 1968 the Stabilizer with the curved end goes in the back and the flat one up front. graemlins/beers.gif

I re-covered mine with some speaker carpet. I cut the pieces out and then epoxied them on. You can get new replacement pieces through Ricks First Generation.

You can buy the enough fuzzy material to do all 4 from the resto houses for $7-8. just glue it in with weatherstrip adhesive.

Here's an idea - just go to your local hardware store and buy a roll of heavy duty black velcro. The female (soft) side is just about perfect and already has an adhesive backing.
