Has anyone installed retractable late model seatbelts in a 69 camaro. It's no secret that the original shoulder harnesses in the 69 are useless. I have a 69 SS350 coupe. Was thinking of seatbelts from a late model S10 pickup. Thanks, Ray in Illinois......

I was reading an article in super chevy I think. There is a company that makes an aftermarket set belt for camaros that is like late model seat belts. It bolts right into the factory shoulder harness area and looks like it belongs in the car. If you are interested I can dig up the article

Try putting up a post in here or maybe in the general tech and someone might know the name of the company

The article was in the June, 2001 issue of Super Chevy ("Safety Is As Safety Does"); the name of the outfit is Pony Concept Cars (Joe Mangione), 805 W. Collins Avenue, Orange, California 92867, (714) 639-4457.

Is there a website where I can see what they look like and how they work? Can someone email me the article if not? My email is bxm196@psu.edu. Thanks.
