I am in the middle of creating a center console gauge pod for my '67 and am trying to find some self adhesive vinyl (black) that matches the grain of the console and center stack. Can anyone point me in a direction?

The pod will fit in between the ashtray and the console.

they make a spray glue you can use .you spray both the back of the vinyl and the surface then simple press it on.i can get you a name tomorrow.

Sorry, I was not looking for an adhesive. I am looking for the vinyl, the material to cover the console.

if you send me a peice of the old vinyl i will see how close i can come.

I can get some better ones if need be. I don't have any "samples" to send to you.

If nothing else you could just paint it with black wrinkle paint.

I just need to find a material that looks similar to the console.
