I need to remove my deluxe door panels to install some weather stripping, tighten my exterior door handle, and lubricate the manual windows. I am not sure how to remove the inner door handle, dont want to break the tray.

They have a screw on the inside with a hex head. It's a PITA to get to them, especially if someone changed them from a hex head to a phillips or flat screw head.

Best way i found was pull the handle up as far as you can to buy some space, and use an open end wrench on the bolt. If you know somebody with small hands, try to bribe them to do it.
