I'm about to pull the dash in my 69 and was wondering if I should know of any tips / tricks.
Thanks!
(The pic is the current status of my dash.)

Gee... that picture sure looks familiar! I've got one JUST like that. http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif
The only suggestion I'd make right away is to remove the steering column if it isn't already. Other than that, just work SLOW and make sure none of the wiring/cables are still attached.
Good luck!

I've been through this a few times and it is pretty simple really. The best advice I can give may be painfully obvious but I'll mention it anyway. 1) Disconnect the battery 2) Remove front seats and console for more room (I got a leg cramp while trying to squeeze under the dash and I almost put my head through the fire wall) 3) Place all parts in zip loc bags and label. 4) Removing the steering column is definately a help but you can also drop it about 2" just by removing the support (4 bolts I think). 5) Don't force pieces out or in (I broke an arm off a perfectly good heater control using this method) 6) Take your time...when frustrated walk away and pick it up again later. 7) If in doubt get yourself an assembly manual.

Sorry...I didn't see the picture of your interior before I replied. I guess you don't have to worry about removing the seats or console.

steering column is way easy..a few bolts on the inside of the firewall, the Rag Joint above the steering box and two bolts under the dash and it is on the floor. Oh dont forget the tranny linkage and the wiring harness on the column?!
So why are you pulling the dash? I am trying to put one IN and would buy parts from you if you are going to go without a dash or make one.
