I'm planning on installing air conditioning in my '68 Camaro Convertible. I was leaning toward "Vintage Air" at a cost of $1,100, but just a posting in ebay for a "Cust-O-Matic" unit which was apparently a factory-installed unit and will need a compressor, condensor and drier to complete the system. Are these three things hard to find, and does anyone know if the Cust-O-Matic system was any good in the first place?

Never heard of the cust-o-matic system. I did install a Vintage Air system in my 69 and it works very well. Additionally, it doesn't have the big box on the firewall like the factory system so it looks a lot cleaner in my opinion.
