I am looking at installing the new Vintage Air system in a 69 coupe that is a NON A/C car.

Anybody tell me if it was a snap, time involved and what accessory mounts and belt system they used?

This is kind of a 60 day crash project and wonder how much time it will take if we do this now.

I'm not speaking from experience, here. A friend installed vintage air in an air car. He smoothed the firewall, since the evaporator is under the dash. I think he used the center dash vent, so you would need a A/C dash pad. i know it was a straight forward installation. Call Vintage, they can tell you what might need to be changed.
