before I recovered my seats in the 67 I had plenty of leg room,but now I seem to be cramped.
the seats don't seem to go back as far now .

are the tracks different from side to side or have just gotten fatter ???
I used to have to pull forward one click but now it's back as far as it will go !------------------

I have my tracks out, and unbolted fron the seat bottom, so I just messed with it a little, to see what might be screwy. You can't mix up the outer track, since that has the release (pull back to release) However, if you reverse the inner ones, you will reduce the maixmum movement rearward, by about 1". Try unbolting the inside track, and reversing it 180 degrees. Inside track on both sides are identical (not mirror) It appears that there are two bolt holes in the floor of the pass side to compensate for the reversed inside track, not sliding back as far.
