Would you be put in the stock/original class if you had a crossram or factory headers or TI setup on your car? Since they were manufacturer parts that could be bought at the dealer would they be considered original? Kind of like a Yenko being considered original even though it has Torque Thrust D's on it which were never put there by the factory? I've heard that since it was equipment that could be ordered from the parts department, it would be considered original and I've heard that if it wasn't put on the car by the factory it puts you in the modified class. If the latter was true, then a lot of the Yenkos would be put in the modified class with TTD's and headers. Personally, it doesn't matter to me because I'm restoring the car the way I want it, but I'm interested in what you guys/gals that organize shows and do judging have to say.
