Anyone know of a car which has altenator brackets which can be used to convert a short water pump engine with exhaust manifold brackets to a brackets which mount to the front of the head.

FYI I'm going to convert to headers and a 10SI alternator and there is a lot of good info out on how to do this, but I can't find anything on the brackets. I think brackets mounted to the heads will be better than the header bracket. Any info will be greatly appriciated.

The 69-72 Chevy P/U's use alternator brackets that mount to the head. If you want I can post a picture.

Also early 70's corvettes (maybe also later) used the short water pump but I don't know how the acessories were mounted.
