Hello, I have a 76 camaro with a 305 and I am having trouble finding the right settings for my float level and drop. I have it set at floatlevel 9/16ths and drop 1 9/32. The reason I am checking these settings is I am having trouble with the car stumbling upon acceleration. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you..

The float would have to be far off to cause a stumble. If it's a hesitation, theres a problem with the accelerator pump or check valve. On the 2bbl the accel pump plunger seals harded and crack. Also, check the idle mixture adjusments. A too lean mixture will also cause a hesitation.
