I'm doing a Lt1 conversion and dont know which trans to choose. The auto would be the least complicated but the 6 speed manual would be more fun. Which one would you choose. Thank you.

If I had my 'druthers and money was not too tight there would be no contest. I would opt for the 6 speed! Autos are ok, but I really like the control and shift action of a manual. Now if I can just get some money to convert my car to manual... http://www.camaros.net/forum/biggrin.gif!

Personally, I like the auto - but I would get a full race shift kit for applications where I wanted to manually control the shift point. Just a thought from a new guy! :)
