I need to get rear quarter panel skins for my 68. The car is sitting at the body shop. I contacted Classic Industries in Huntington Beach, but they are back ordered on LH panels. Is there another supplier in Southern California that may carry these? I'd like to avoid the truck freight delays/costs if possible. Thanks for the help!

Try calling National Parts Depot. They are in Ventura, if you don't mind driving an hour or so. 805-654-0468 or 800-235-3445.

NPD is great for having stuff in stock. I quit using Classic mainly for that very reason.

This is just my opinion, but I had a full quarter from a reputable vendor and it did not fit at all. It had gaps of about 1" along the trunk seam and was 2" too long. I ended up sending it back and paying big bucks for one of the few remaining OEM full quarters for a 67.

KWISSMAN What did that OEM part cost? If you don't mind sharing.

NPD has them in stock. I am planning on making the 4 hour round trip tomorrow to pick them up. Thanks for the tip! Truck freight from Rick's First Gen is a week, and who knows when Classic will get them in. Luckily I only need the quarter panel skins as the damage is only around the wheel well. These should be fairly straight forward for my body man to install right?
