About a year ago somone advertised on camaro.net that they could make custom air filters. Does anybody have any info on the guy. My car has a crossram setup with a flat hood. The problem is I bought a new filter for it and it it too tall. At this point I will just have to clean my origonal one. Any suggestions on how to clean a paper filter with out destroying it. Maybe some kind of fast drying solvent and air.

You can try some of that purple cleaner, Power Clean. it works real good.
100% sparyed on and let it soak, then rinse with water..
